PoliSci Commencement is Sunday, June 14

The 2015 Commencement Ceremony of the UCLA Department of Political Science will be held Sunday, June 14, beginning at 9:00 a.m., at Pauley Pavilion. More information about taking part is here.

This year’s keynote speaker (pictured) will be Harvey Englander (BA 1972) the Managing Partner of Englander Knabe & Allen (EKA) — a major political lobbying firm based in Los Angeles. Englander is an authority on creating and running political campaigns, cultivating crisis and litigation communication strategies, and building complex community relations and advocacy programs.  More details of his career are available here.

Nearly 500 Political Science undergraduates have qualified to walk in the ceremony this year, with about one-fourth of those receiving some form of departmental honors for their studies.
