Notes:
Daniel Posner studies ethnic politics and the political economy of development in Africa. He is a founding member of the inter-university Laboratory in Comparative Ethnic Processes (LiCEP) and the founder and co-convener of the Working Group in African Political Economy (WGAPE). His articles have appeared in the American Political Science Review, the American Journal of Political Science, Comparative Politics, Comparative Political Studies, the British Journal of Political Science, and the Journal of Democracy.
