Xin Zhang is expected to receive his Ph.D. from UCLA in spring 2010 and specializes in comparative politics. His research interests include: market building, property rights, corporate governance, state-business relation, law and development, and the broad issue of “governance”. His main area of focus is Eurasia and East Asia, especially Russia and China.
