Congressman Brad Sherman Scholarship

Each year five $1000 scholarships are awarded to undergraduate students who demonstrate an interest in public service or political office. Students with such aspirations and interests are encouraged to apply.

 

Sharpe Fellows

The UCLA Department of Political Science and its Board of Visitors are proud to announce their participation in the Sharpe Fellows Internship Program. This program, named in honor of Nobel Prize winning UCLA alumnus William Sharpe, is designed to bring together top employers with our brightest undergraduate students. Successful candidates will benefit from alumni mentorship and help connecting you with a paid summer internship in a field of your interest.

 

Carnegie Junior Fellows

The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing cooperation between nations and promoting active international engagement by the Untied States. As one of the world’s leading think tanks specializing in international affairs, the Endowment conducts programs of research, discussion, publication and education. The Junior Fellows Program at the Carnegie Endowment is designed to provide a substantive work experience for students who have a serious career interest in the area of international affairs. Approximately 8-10 students will be hired to work at the Carnegie Endowment in Washington, DC on a full-time basis for a period of one year.
